Da je va\u017enije da se obezbijedi profesionalan menad\u017ement, a ne privatizacija smatra profesor ekonomije na Saobra\u0107ajnom fakultetu Ivo \u017dupanovi\u0107. S druge strane, dio stru\u010dne javnosti smatra da bi koncesija donijela br\u017ei razvoj i rasteretila javne finansije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crnogorski aerodromi u dr\u017eavnim ili rukama privatnika, na Vladi je da odlu\u010di. Me\u0111utim, stabilno poslovanje zna\u010di da aerodromi mogu sami da finanisiraju svoj razvoj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Mislim da je akumulirana dobit od 2022. godine pa do devetog mjeseca 2025. godine Aerodroma Crne Gore pokazuje da je Aerodrom sasvim jedna solventna firma koja mo\u017ee \u0161to iz sopstvenih izvora, \u0161to iz odre\u0111enog kreditnog zadu\u017eenja da finansira takvu jednu vrstu razvojne komponente. Naravno, podvla\u010dim ukoliko kompletan profit aerodroma ide u tom nekom pravcu, dakle u pravcu investicionog razvoja”, ka\u017ee \u017dupanovi\u0107. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iskustvo iz Hrvatske ide u korist privatizacije. Prema rije\u010dima ekonomskog analiticara Damira Novotnog, privatni partner donosi kapital, ekspertizu i efikasnost, dok se dio rizika prenosi sa dr\u017eave na investitora.

“Najbolji primjer je aerodrom u Zagrebu koji je izgra\u0111en na novoj lokaciji na zemlji\u0161tu grada Zagreba i Republike Hrvatske, uklju\u010dena je bila i svjetska banka. Nije do\u0161lo do modernizacije nego do izgradnje potpuno nove infrastrukture, vrlo moderne, vrlo kvalitetne. Upravljanje tim aerodromom je preuzela francuska kompanija koja ina\u010de upravlja aerodromima u Francuskoj. U\u010dinkovitost, odnosno efikasnost upravljanja je izvrsna, privu\u010den je veliki broj putnika”, ka\u017ee Novotni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Za koju god se opciju Vlada odlu\u010di, jasno je da vremena za gubljenje nema. Modernizacija aerodroma klju\u010dna je za rast turizma i bolju povezanost Crne Gore sa evropskim tr\u017ei\u0161tima. A u borbi za putnike, konkurencija ne \u010deka.<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
