U nastavku su predstavljene navike koje svako mo\u017ee da uvede u svoj dan, bez obzira na tempo \u017eivota, a koje dugoro\u010dno donose sna\u017enije tijelo i smireniji um.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jutarnje navike koje oblikuju dan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jutro je najva\u017eniji dio dana jer postavlja ton i energiju za sve \u0161to slijedi. Ustajanje u pribli\u017eno isto vrijeme svakog dana doprinosi pravilnom radu unutra\u0161njeg sata i boljoj kvaliteti sna. Po\u017eeljno je zapo\u010deti dan \u010da\u0161om mlake vode s nekoliko kapi limuna, \u0161to podsti\u010de rad jetre i probavnog sistema. Kratko istezanje, \u0161etnja ili vje\u017ebe disanja poma\u017eu tijelu da se razbudi i aktivira cirkulaciju. Umjesto da odmah posegnemo za telefonom, bolje je posvetiti par minuta zahvalnosti, planiranju dana ili jednostavnom ti\u0161inom \u2013 to stvara osje\u0107aj stabilnosti i kontrole nad sopstvenim ritmom \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada ne mo\u017eemo bez kafe \u2013 postoji bolja opcija<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za mnoge ljude, kafa je neizostavan dio jutarnje rutine. Me\u0111utim, ukoliko imamo problema sa spavanjem, stresom ili povi\u0161enim krvnim pritiskom, trebalo bi razmotriti prelazak na kafu bez kofeina. Ova varijanta zadr\u017eava prijatan ukus i aromu, ali ne izaziva nervozu, ubrzan rad srca ni pad energije nakon efekta kofeina. Bogata je antioksidansima, pa doprinosi smanjenju oksidativnog stresa u organizmu. Tako\u0111e, bla\u017ee djeluje na \u017eeludac i crijeva, \u0161to je \u010dini pogodnom za osobe sa osjetljivim digestivnim sistemom. Sa godinama njegova proizvodnja opada, pa se javljaju bolovi u zglobovima, gubitak elasti\u010dnosti ko\u017ee i usporen oporavak mi\u0161i\u0107a.
