A imate kvartove kod Tolo\u0161ke \u0161ume, kod Atlas kapitala, zatim dio od Nju sitija ka Donjoj Gorici, to su sve neke zgrade koje su u izgradnji. Tu su cijene sad 2.800 do 3.500, sa druge strane imamo lokacije kao \u0161to su Zabjelo gdje se najvi\u0161e gradi. Tu je mogu\u0107e na\u0107i stan po cijeni od 1.800 do 2000 i to na malo lo\u0161ijim lokacijama. Dok i na Zabjelu imate stanova od 2.300-2.400 \u0161to je veoma visoko u odnosu na period u odnosu prije dvije godine. Na Stari aerodrom gdje je nemogu\u0107e na\u0107i stan po 2.300, pri\u010damo o izgradnji&#8221;, naveo je za Gradsku Osmanagi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cijene stanova u Podgorici su za kratko vrijeme skoro udvostru\u010dene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8221;Moje mi\u0161ljenje je da je to i do 2.400 eura i poraslo je za duplo. Imali ste period 2022. kad ste mogli da kupite stan na Starom aerodromu, Zabjelu, Zagori\u010du po 1000 do 1.100. Na svim tim lokacijama sad je vrlo te\u0161ko na\u0107i stan od 2000 eura u izgradnji&#8221;, isti\u010de Osmanagi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Capture-54-1024x491.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-818431\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Foto: <strong>Gradski.me<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>U nekim djelovima cijene su ne\u0161to ni\u017ee, pa se na tim lokacijama stan mo\u017ee kupiti povoljnije, ka\u017ee Osmanagi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8221;Masline, Konik, Zlatica tu je mogu\u0107e na\u0107i stan za 1.800 do 1.900 po metru kvadratnom. \u0160to se ti\u010de Zagori\u010da, cijene drasti\u010dno variraju jer se u tom dijelu trenutno grade neke luksuznije varijante, bolje i kvalitetnije zgrade. U Zagori\u010du se pravi kompleks kakav se u Podgorici nije vidio&#8221;, navodi Osmanagi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na sjeveru i primorju cijene stambenog prostora su u porastu, te je zabilje\u017een rast u odnosu na raniji period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8221;Tako\u0111e, cijena u novogradnji u Kola\u0161inu 2000, a u nekim malo luksuznijim zgradama te cijene idu i preko 3000 eura. \u0160to se ti\u010de crnogorske obale variraju cijene od grada do grada.
