Projekat se realizuje na bazi FIDIC uslova ugovaranja i to \u017dute knjige (Design &amp; Build), \u0161to podrazumijeva da je izvo\u0111a\u010d u cijenu uklju\u010dio sve radove na projektovanju i izgradnji, neophodne za cjelovitost ove dionice. Tako\u0111e, ovaj na\u010din ugovaranja podrazumijeva da izvo\u0111a\u010d preuzima odre\u0111eni dio rizika vezano za geolo\u0161ke uslove\u201d, naveli su u kompaniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nagla\u0161avaju da se radi o veoma zahtjevnoj dionici, sa slo\u017eenim geolo\u0161kim uslovima. Svi objekti zahtijevaju primjenu dubokog fundiranja du\u017e cijele trase, kao i odgovaraju\u0107u za\u0161titu kosina usjeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponu\u0111ena cijena, kako su objasnili, nije formirana isklju\u010divo na osnovu idejnog projekta, ve\u0107 i na osnovu posebnih uslova ugovora, projektnog zadatka i zahtjeva investitora, kojima su obuhva\u0107ene stavke koje nijesu bile predvi\u0111ene prethodno ura\u0111enom projektnom dokumentacijom i nijesu bile uklju\u010dene u idejni projekat, a koje je nu\u017eno izvesti da bi se nakon realizacije ove dionice dobila kvalitetna i bezbjedna saobra\u0107ajnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTe stavke obuhvataju projektovanje i izgradnju traka za spora vozila na nizbrdnoj strani, na nagibima ve\u0107im od \u010detiri odsto, koje su zna\u010dajne za bezbjednost odvijanja saobra\u0107aja, zatim projektovanje i izgradnju vatrogasnog punkta i stacionara za zimsko odr\u017eavanje na portalu tunela Tre\u0161njevik, neophodnih za pravovremenu reakciju vatrogasnih slu\u017ebi i adekvatno zimsko odr\u017eavanje na ovim nadmorskim visinama, kao i pozicije deponija i pozajmi\u0161ta, koje su u prethodnoj dokumentaciji bile date indikativno, bez detaljne procjene tro\u0161kova\u201d, istakli su u Monteputu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kakos u dodali, shodno navedenom, ponu\u0111a\u010d je sagledao kompletnu raspolo\u017eivu dokumentaciju i u skladu sa obavezama definisanim ugovorom, projektnim zadatkom i zahtjevima investitora, analiziraju\u0107i trenutno stanje tr\u017ei\u0161ta i dostupnost radne snage, formirao svoje cijene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNa kona\u010dnu cijenu dodatno su uticali rast cijena materijala i energije, nedostatak radne snage i nepovoljni uslovi na me\u0111unarodnom tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Tenderski postupak je rezultirao cijenom koja realno odra\u017eava tr\u017ei\u0161nu vrijednost i uslove.
