“Naime, policijski slu\u017ebenici Odjeljenja bezbjednosti Nik\u0161i\u0107 su postupaju\u0107i po naredbi Osnovnog suda u Nik\u0161i\u0107u izvr\u0161ili pretres stana i drugih prostorija koje u tom gradu koristi lice R.L., kao i njegovog vozila”, navode iz policije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tom prilikom je, kako ka\u017eu, prona\u0111eno i oduzeto 10.770 komada raznih vrsta petardi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa doga\u0111ajem je upoznat tu\u017eilac u Osnovnom dr\u017eavnom tu\u017eila\u0161tvu u Nik\u0161i\u0107u koji \u0107e se naknadno izjasniti o pravnoj kvalifikaciji djela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Slu\u017ebenici Uprave policije nastavljaju sa intenzivnim aktivnostima usmjerenim na spre\u010davanje nedozvoljene trgovine, sa naglaskom na nedozvoljenu trgovinu pirotehni\u010dkim sredstvima i jo\u0161 jednom apelujemo na gra\u0111ane, naro\u010dito na roditelje, da vode ra\u010duna o pona\u0161anju djece i da im ne omogu\u0107avaju upotrebu pirotehni\u010dkih sredstava, kako bi se sprije\u010dile sve ne\u017eeljene posljedice, kako po ljude, tako i po \u017eivotinje i imovinu”, zaklju\u010duju iz policije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
