Kordic estimates that the data from the municipalities in which New Year's Eve was organized is optimistic.
She said that 26.7% more money was paid for residence taxes than last year.
"Bar had about 100 thousand visitors, Budva 30 thousand, Herceg Novi was also extremely visited,” she said.
She said that over the weekend, Kolašin recorded 100% capacity occupancy.
Commenting on the cable car at the Savin kuk ski resort where one person lost his life last month in an accident, Kordić said that the technical inspection of the sidro ski lifts had been completed and that they had been put into service.
"A double inspection of those elevators has been completed. Baskets are still under review because it is a more demanding process. In this season, they will not be in operation until the end. In the winter season, over 75% of traffic occurs on cable cars of the anchor type, while cable cars carrying baskets are used more during the summer season,” said the minister.
Commenting on the fact that the Ministry of Education did not accept the initiative to extend the holiday, she said that it would be significant for tourism if the holiday was extended and that this side should be taken into account in the coming years.
Speaking about the stability of the authorities, Kordić said that she is confident in the stability of the government and the parliamentary majority.
